Volkswagen Transporter 2.0 TDi tuned in Reading, Berkshire.

The customer of this vehicle didn't want to push the boundaries, they just wanted around 150BHP. The data logging was used to calibrate the tuning file to around 150BHP / 320NM. As this specific Transporter had the 5-speed gearbox, power is limited compared to the 6 speed. Also, the torque must be gradually increased to further protect the drivetrain.

Standard: 110BHP / 250NM.

SM Tuned: 150BHP / 320NM.

Gains: +40BHP / +70NM.
