Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6 Bi-Turbo (Euro 5) remapped in Henlow, Bedfordshire



The 120BHP and the 140BHP models of these vans use the same setup under the bonnet. They are literally limited in the ECU by 2 torque limiters, from 140BHP down to 120BHP. This means, considering the engine size. There is some great scope for tuning!

Standard: 120BHP / 320NM.

SM Tuned: 180BHP / 390NM.

Gains: +60BHP / +70NM.
